Size Guide

1. Measure your foot from heel to toe (place the bottom of your foot on a ruler)
2. Refer to the size chart and compare your foot length to the chart
3. The ideal size will be 5 to 7mm longer than your measured foot length (more or less coinciding with your regular UK shoe size)
4. Please keep in mind that leather stretches.

The measurements in the chart indicate the shoe’s inner length.

Kindly also note that genuine leather being a natural product, the colour of the product on our images might slightly differ from the product you receive.  Leather might also show natural markings such as wrinkles and insect bites, which contributes to the uniqueness of a genuine leather product. 

WHEN DOES MY VELLIES QUALIFY FOR A FULL REVIVE? 

RESOLE ONLY:-

• First resole is free, subsequent resoles cost R300.00 each.
• Sole must be worn out at least
  70% showing a smooth texture.
• Inner board should be in perfect condition without any damage.
• Stitch down must be in good condition.

FULL REVIVE:-

• Cost of R680.00 per revive.
• Inner board must be damaged, cracked, or torn.
• Stitch-down has come undone.
• Outer sole is worn out and has reached the inner board, causing it to stick out.
• If the leather is torn at the stitch down area the vellie can’t be revived.

Note: Torn leather cannot be fixed.
